One of the biggest reasons it appealed to us is the company's focus on clean formulations. British Supplements states that its products contain no fillers, binders or bulking agents, and that its supplements are manufactured in the UK. The capsules are also vegetarian and the product is gluten-free.
The formula does contain an additional uptake blend of black pepper, ginger and cumin extracts. Unlike unnecessary fillers, these ingredients have a specific purpose within the formulation, which is why we do not consider their inclusion a negative in itself. However, they do make the formula more complex than our number-one Time Health Organic KSM-66® Ashwagandha.

Each capsule provides 500mg of organic KSM-66® full-spectrum Ashwagandha root extract, standardised to 5% withanolides and containing less than 0.1% withaferin A.
What particularly impressed us is the simplicity of the ingredient list. Each capsule contains just organic KSM-66® Ashwagandha whole-root extract and a vegetable cellulose capsule. There are no artificial additives or unnecessary fillers, making it a particularly strong match for the Core Longevity approach.
Together Health also uses a green-chemistry extraction process without synthetic solvents and states that the product is made using 100% organic Ashwagandha roots. The company also says its products undergo independent testing, including testing for contaminants such as pesticides and heavy metals.
